The Artist/ Seller retains full ownership and copyright of all the artwork of Zenith Art Hub by Monnie Art sold, including all intellectual property rights.

The Buyer is granted the right to possess, display, and privately enjoy the physical artwork. However, the Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the artwork. All Commissioned art works including nudes will not be published, printed or sold to anyone privately or commercially, other than the person the commission belongs to.

The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, copy, or replicate the artwork in any form, whether for personal or commercial use, without the explicit written consent of the Artist/Seller.

any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the artworks without the Artist/Seller’s written consent will be considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action. The Buyer shall be held liable for any and all damages, including but not limited to finacial losses and legal fees.

By purchasing a piece of Art work from Zenith Art Hub by Monnie Art, the buyer’s purchase is an electronic signature acknowledging and in agreement to the terms outlined herein.
